Family Learning generates daily micro-lessons for children in grades K-6 based on teacher emails you provide, using AI (OpenAI) aligned to the Alberta curriculum.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.
You must provide COPPA parental consent before your child can use the app. You may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app supplements classroom learning — it is not a substitute for instruction. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.
Use the app only for its intended purpose: supporting your child's learning. Do not upload harmful content, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use automated tools to interact with the app.
The app and its design are our property. Generated lessons are for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of content you provide (teacher emails).
The app is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and require your explicit consent before any charges.
The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages or AI content accuracy. Our total liability is limited to $50 CAD or the amount you've paid us, whichever is greater.
You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
