What We Collect

• Account info — your email, name, and password
• Child profile — first name and grade level
• Teacher emails — content you paste to generate lessons
• Learning data — quiz scores, lesson progress, feedback
• Anonymous analytics — app usage events (no child PII)

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health data, or advertising identifiers.

How We Use It

• Generate daily lessons aligned to your child's curriculum
• Track learning progress and provide parent summaries
• Improve the app and fix bugs

We do not sell your data, show ads, build marketing profiles, or use your data to train AI models.

AI Processing

Teacher email content is sent securely to OpenAI to generate lessons. No child personal information is sent to OpenAI. Per OpenAI's policy, API data is not used to train their models.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We require parental consent before collecting any child information. As a parent you can:

• Review your child's data in the app
• Delete all data via the app or by emailing us
• Withdraw consent at any time

Child personal information is never included in analytics or crash reports.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. We use rate limiting and a 5-layer safety pipeline to protect content.

Data Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third Parties

We use OpenAI (lesson generation), Render (hosting), Amplitude (anonymous analytics), Sentry (crash reports), and Resend (email). All are US-based. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time through the app or by contacting us. Canadian residents have additional rights under PIPEDA/PIPA.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
